Wellness Sessions
Part of the retreat program as you know is for wellness sessions - 2 on Tuesday and Friday mornings for 90 minutes and then daily for 30 minutes before lunch (except Friday). This is your chance, should you so choose, to offer to host an optional session!
What would a session look like!? It's up to you!!
You could offer something yourself (knot tying, broad jumping practice, laughter yoga, foot massage, bird watching, beach strolls, poetry reading) or find someone locally to offer something you'd like to do. We have a small budget for these sessions, so if it requires supplies, hiring someone, or other resources, please let Erin know!
